19th National Festival of Top Producers and Young Managers

The 19th National Festival of Young Producers and Young Managers, simultaneously with the 17th Introduction of Outstanding Figures of Industry, Mining and Trade, was held on Monday evening, December 14, 2021, at the International Conference Center of the Iranian Broadcasting Organization.
This national event was held with the support of the Iranian Youth Industry, Mining and Trade House and in the presence of high-ranking government officials, members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, senior managers of large manufacturing enterprises, economic activists and representatives of private sector organizations.
In this edition of the festival, the winners were evaluated based on new and strategic indicators, including knowledge-based and technology-oriented production, export development and foreign exchange, smart production processes, sustainable employment creation and organizational excellence.
In this regard, Safa Fragrance Company, managed by Mohammad Saffarzadeh, was introduced and honored as the winner of the 19th National Festival of Young Producers and Managers due to its outstanding performance in the field of industrial production, innovation, market development and effective role in the country's essential oil industry.
