Signing of a Cooperation Memorandum Between Khorasan Science and Technology Park and Safa Fragrance Company
According to Safa Fragrance Public Relations, in line with expanding collaboration between industry and academia and with the aim of promoting a knowledge-based economy, a joint cooperation memorandum was signed between Khorasan Science and Technology Park and Safa Fragrance Industrial and Manufacturing Company. According to this memorandum, which was concluded on November 9, 2025, at the Khorasan Science and Technology Park, the Safa Fragrance Innovation Office will be established within the park.
This cooperation aims to develop technological capacities, enhance innovation in the country’s cosmetic and hygiene essence industry, and create an effective communication platform between the private sector and scientific and academic centers.
The memorandum was officially signed by Javad Safaei, Acting Director of Khorasan Science and Technology Park, and Mr. Mohammad Safarzadeh, CEO of Safa Fragrance Company.
The signing of this memorandum marks a significant step toward strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Iran’s cosmetic and hygiene essence industry and serves as an example of synergy between the private sector and scientific and technological institutions.
